Paris apartment rentals

Are you visiting Paris for leisure or business? are you tired of staying in small Parisian hotel rooms ? If you are looking for a serviced apartment in Paris for short or long term, you may be interested in either my studio apartment or one bedroom apartment. Both apartments are stytlish, homely and have a charming organic appearance. They both appeal as a corporate apartment rentals and holiday apartment rentals.

The apartments are 30 and 40 sq m2 respectively and they are located in Paris Montparnasse, in the fabulous 14th arrondisement. They have been been carefully redecorated with elegance and refinement preserving much of their traditional 19th century charm (eg: original wooden windows and wooden floor). They are fully furnished serviced apartments and are located on the first and third floor of two beautiful period buildings.

Location of the apartments

The apartments are conveniently located near the theatres and shopping area of Gaite and Montparnasse, in the 14th arrondisement, with easy access to the Latin quarter. The real bonus of the apartments is that they are only 30 minutes away from Orly airport by bus or 20 minutes by taxi, which makes it hassle-free to arrive and leave Paris. Read more about the local area and the 14 arrondisement.

If you are in Paris to attend any exhibitions or fairs in 'Paris expo' at Porte de Versailles my apartments make an ideal location to stay in. Or if you are in Paris to attend sports events (tennis, football, rugby...) at Parc des Princes, again my Paris aparments make a good base.

How much do they cost?

The studio apartment (Apartment 1) sleeps 2 stands at €120 per night or €500-€600 per week depending on season.
The one bedroom apartment (Apartment 2) sleeps up to 4 people stands at €130-150 per night or €600-€800 per week depending on season and number of guests.
