Apartment 2 differs from apartment 1 in that it boasts 40 sq m2 and sleeps up to 4 so it suits a family of 3 or 4 as the sofa turns into a bed. Apartment 2 also suits couples looking for a romantic place to spend a few days in Paris or the the business woman or man who needs Interent access and a serviced apartment with a comfortable working area.

The main living areas are: corridor, lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrée. Read more about all the amenities at the bottom of this page.

RATES:

The tariffs are inclusive of all expenses such as gas, electricity, telephone, cleaning, except for monthly stays. There are no other overheads to pay but the fixed price stated below.

For Sleeps 2

€130 per night (depending on season).
€600 per week (December, January, February, March)
€700 per week (Standard rate year round)

€800 per week (Xmas period 20Dec to 04Jan)

For Sleeps 3-4

€150 per night (depending on season).
€700 per week (December, January, February, March)
€800 per week (Standard rate year round)

€900 per week (Xmas period 20Dec to 04Jan)

Lounge & dining area: double beige sofa bed, a large book case, side tables, 32" LCD TV, access to international channels, DVD player and a collection of films, WI-FI acces (20 Mb), telephone (free local, national & int. calls), stereo with ipod base and usb socket, music CDs, a laptop, dinning table to seat 4 people.

 

Bedroom: King size bed & two bedside tables with lamps, antique wooden dressing table and/or study desk and chair, large wardrobe with draws, iron,wifi access & laptop, bed linen. Plenty of shelf space and storage.

Entrance: shoe box for storage, hat and coats pegs on antique wooden furniture.

Kitchen: fridge-freezer, music stereo, toaster, keetle, oven & grill, vitro-cooker, washing/dryer, storage and all type of glassware, plates, kitchen utensils and cutlery.

 

Bathroom: the apartment has en-suite shower and toilet facilities, with storage for toiletries and a window, towels provided, towel radiator.
